L’ANGURIA

È indicato per ammorbidire la pelle che tende ad assumere una maggiore elasticità, il suo succo è consigliato dopo un'esposizione al sole, mentre la polpa è efficace per le pelli secche.Oltre a questo uso esterno, non bisogna dimenticare che il cetriolo è ricco di sali minerali, vitamina C e aminoacidi
 
LA RUCOLA
Gli aspetti salutistici della rucola sono dovuti alla presenza di vitamina C. Infatti favorisce la digestione, svolge un’azione diuretica ed è benefica per il fegato;
 
IL PESCE AZZURRO
